Exceptional communication and honesty from their end. Had unexpected defective piece when I first ordered but was kindly reimbursed with a much cleaner and beautiful pendant and chain. Love everything about the piece and the customer service. Everything is solid 925 silver and you can just see the quality when you get the piece in person.
